This is a 28 foot RV Camper on a lake front property on the very popular Birch Creek part of Lake Fork. Birch Creek has been well known for its big bass and for duck hunting. The RV is a Jayco Jay Flight 28 foot camper for rent. The RV has a queen bed as the master bedroom, a double bed with a bunk bed above the double bed; the couch folds out and can be used as a bed and the dining table can be made into a bed, so the RV would only sleep 4 people comfortably. There is one bath with a shower and a small tub. See the floorplan in the pictures section. The RV shares a fishing pier and private concrete boat ramp with one other RV and a cabin. Outdoors there is a 18 foot canopy and a wood deck with chairs and picnic table. There is also a gas grill and outside clean-up area. The RV has a seating area, a dining area and TVs in the seating area and master bedroom but with few channels. There is a DVD player. The rental includes linens, towels, kitchen appliances, dishes cookware and silverware. The property does not include telephone or internet. The kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove and gas oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

TV has no cable , DVD player only. There is no dishwasher and no washing machine. Owners live full-time in the cabin next door with their teen daughters, dogs and several cats. Owners’ cabin is approximately 80 feet away from the rental cottage . Wood burning stove is not operational . But there is an electric range and charcoal bbq grill. Must climb stairs ( 3 steps) to the main door. This home is not wheelchair accessible . Since the property is located in a country setting, we have bugs and critters. We have the place sprayed regularly but they will find their way in occasionally. Always keep the door tightly close at all times to keep the bugs out. To limit your exposure to snakes, please inform all occupants to stay on pathways and use a flashlight when walking at night. I also have a queen air mattress with bedding for the living room to bring sleeping capability to a total of 8 people.
